The terms and conditions of online reservations for individual guests mentioned below apply to all individual reservations of hotel rooms in Hotel „BOSS”*** in Warsaw, proceeded by individual guests by reservation system Sybelio, owned by Sybelio OnLine S.L. and installed on the website www.hotelboss.pl, which enables to proceed a booking and receive the confirmation of booked rooms in real time.

1. The confirmation of the booking with terms and conditions of possibile modification or cancelation of the booking is sent to the Guest’s e-mail, that was given by the Guest. The reservation system Sybelio contains credit card’s standard verification system, which verify the validity of the credit card. The credit card’s details are sent to the Hotel and to the Guest by securd SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer). All bookings, modifications and cancellations proceeded by reservation system Sybelio will be registered.

2. 2. All rates offered by Hotel “BOSS” are given in PLN and include currently valid VAT (Value added tax). Confirmed rates can include breakfast or other meals, or can include only accomodation. Confirmed rates relate to stay for one night or for few nights depending on the construction of the rates, i.e. weekend rates, which reffer to stay for two or three night at the Hotel.

3. 3. The confirmed rate for rented rooms is paid in cash or by credit card, mentioned below: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Polcard, Maestro directly after arrival to the Hotel „BOSS”.

4. 4. The individual Guest can proceed booking on the website www.hotelboss.pl – the maximum of 3 rooms in the same dates. In the case of booking a higher number of rooms, it is necessary to send enquiry, which is available on the website www.hotelboss.pl.

5. 5. Hotel „BOSS” will maintain not-guaranteed bookings until 6p.m. the day of planned arrival of the Guest. In the case of No-show until 6p.m. and no receiving any information of late arrival of the Guest to the Hotel – the booking is cancelled by the Hotel free of charge.

6. In order to guarantee the reservation it is obligatory to provide Hotel with the credit card’s details (such as: name and number of the credit card, expire date, name and surname of the cardholder). Guaranteed reservation is being kept in the system until 12.00 hours next day. In the case of No-Show Hotel will charge the Guest for the first night according to the reserved rate.

7. Secial packages and special rates offered by Hotel „BOSS” can contain specific terms and conditions of reservations, modifications and cancellations, which are listed always when receiving the confirmation of each booking.

8. Any modification or canellation should be proceeded by the reservation system or in a written form and sent on the e-mail address: hotelboss@hotelboss.pl. 10. Security of personal data

11. All details given by the the Guest are proceeded electronically in the Hotel’s operation system Fidelio 8 in order to make a booking, chek-in/check-out of the Guest and to make-out an Invoice.

12. Hotel „BOSS” does not transfer any Guest’s personal data to third persons nor use them in any manner without authorisation of the Guest.

13. Sybelio on-line SL, is in accordance with UE DirectiveUE 95/46/WE, which deals with the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
